Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law (EU Directive 2023/2673), customers who purchase goods, services, or digital content online have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This is known as the cooling-off period.

To cancel your order, please complete the form below. You must submit your withdrawal request within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation of your withdrawal request.

• Your order number
• The date of your order
• The product(s) you wish to cancel
• Your request to withdraw from the contract

We will acknowledge your withdrawal request by email within 24 hours.
